This property has it all. A couple of waterfalls and caverns, a couple of cliff-edge overlooks, a small cleared field, mature woods, and two thirds of a mile of cliff face rock playgrounds all squeezed into about 34 acres. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Access is off of a paved county road with both county water and electric available. This will make a great parcel for a cabin or two - or maybe a treehouse! Located less than 30 minutes from Morehead - but on a beautiful dead end country road leading to the middle of nowhere.
Asking $139,000. Survey will be completed in mid-April. Owner financing is available.

Here is a weird feature. There are many of these stone "alters" in the valley floor. We assume that they these stones were stacked by early settlers to later be moved for a building foundation or to level a road through the valley.
Above left is a view from behind a waterfall on the property and below is the entrance to an upper field of about 1 1/2 acres.
Here is a "cave" in the cliff line with a spring running out. A deeper inspection suggests that this used to conceal a moonshine operation in the past.
